In Zeno Work, you can use a Response Style to give instructions about tone and format, or a Writing Profile to provide examples of how you write.
Choose the Right Option
A Response Style stores instructions such as “Use short paragraphs and finish with a list of action items.” Use it when you can describe the structure or tone you want. See How to Create and Edit a Response Style.
A Writing Profile uses writing examples to guide the style of a response. Use it when examples explain your preferences better than a list of instructions. See How to Create and Edit a Writing Profile.
You manage both through Customise → Answer styles → Yours. A writing style created there is the Writing Profile you can select for a request.
Select a Style for a Request
Before sending a request, select Add to prompt
beside the message box, then open Answer style. Choose from Response styles or Writing profiles, then check the selected style and send your request when ready. Choose one of these options for the conversation; they are not combined by selecting both.
The style guides how Zeno presents its answer. You still need to explain the task, select the relevant sources, and review the result for correctness and completeness.
If a Writing Profile is still processing, wait for it to become available. If you cannot find a saved style, check Customise → Answer styles → Yours and follow the relevant guide above.
