A Writing Profile uses examples of how you write to guide Zeno when it drafts a response. You manage profiles in Customise, where the creation option is called Create writing style.
Create a Profile
Open Customise and select Add new → Create writing style.
Enter a Profile name, then select Add first example.
Paste an example of the writing style you want to use and select Save example.
Add more examples if needed. You can supply up to five. The wizard recommends three, but you can save a named profile with one non-empty example.
If Preview is available, select it, choose Your request, enter a simple request, and select Preview. Review whether the result reflects the style you intended.
Select Save style. Check the profile under Customise → Answer styles → Yours and wait for processing to finish before using it.
The example-readiness indicator reflects the number of examples you supplied. It does not establish that Zeno will reproduce your wording exactly or that the profile has finished processing.
Edit the Examples
Find the saved profile under Answer styles → Yours. Open its actions menu and select Edit writing style. Select the example you want to change, update its text, and save that example. Select Save style to save the profile changes.
Review a preview again after changing the examples. Check the profile’s processing state before trying to use the revised version.
Use the Profile
Before sending a request, select Add to prompt
, open Answer style, and choose your profile under Writing profiles. Check the selected profile and the request, then send it when ready. The profile applies to that conversation.
You still need to describe the task and select its sources. Review the answer for accuracy as well as style. For instructions about tone or format without writing examples, use a Response Style.
If Creation or Preview Fails
Keep copies of the examples you want to save. If the profile is processing, wait before creating another copy. If it shows a failure and offers Retry, use that action to reopen the profile and review its examples before saving again.
If preview fails, check the request and examples before trying another preview.
