Editing a Suggestion Before Applying It
Sometimes you may want to make small adjustments to a suggestion before adding it to your document. The Zeno Word Add-In allows you to edit and review a suggestion before applying it.
How to Edit a Suggestion
When Zeno provides a suggestion, select Locate in document to jump to the relevant text in Word.
Select Edit text in the top-right corner of the suggestion.
Update the text as needed.
Select Save to keep your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
To return to Zeno’s original suggestion, select Reset to original in the top-right corner.
Apply the updated suggestion to your document using your preferred apply option.
This lets you refine Zeno’s suggestions before they are inserted into your document.
