You can ask Zeno to fill in a DOCX template or update a document draft that you already created. When you start from a file in Files, Zeno creates an editable draft and leaves the original DOCX unchanged.
Fill In a DOCX Template
Open the conversation where you want to work.
In the prompt field, select Add to prompt.
Select Attach a file.
In Attach files, find your DOCX template.
Select the template.
Select Add 1 file.
Tell Zeno what to add and what it should keep unchanged.
Select Send message.
For example: “Fill in this template with the details in my prompt. Keep the existing headings and tables.”
Zeno creates an editable copy and opens it in the Document editor. The draft remains in the conversation.
Update an Existing Draft
Open the conversation that contains the draft.
Open the document draft that you want to update.
In the conversation prompt field, describe the change.
Tell Zeno what it should keep unchanged.
Select Send message.
For example: “Update the delivery date in the open draft. Keep all other text unchanged.”
Keep the intended draft open while you request the change.
Review the Changes
Read the updated document before you save or download it.
Some edits may appear under Review. Use Accept or Reject for each tracked change.
Save or Download the Document
When the document is ready, save it to Files. Zeno creates a separate saved output, so the original DOCX stays unchanged.
You can also download the finished document to your device.
If you make more changes after saving, save the document again. Zeno adds a new version to the same saved output.
