Zeno can read pending tracked changes and open comments when you use the Zeno Word Add-In. For uploaded .docx files, Zeno can read tracked changes, but it does not currently read Word comments.
In the Word Add-In
Zeno can use the document's pending tracked changes and open comments when answering questions or reviewing the document. It can see:
Text that was added or deleted
Who made each pending change and when
Open comments and replies
The text each open comment refers to
For example, ask: Summarize the open comments and pending tracked changes in this document.
Note: Resolved comments are not included, and Zeno cannot resolve comments in Word for you.
In an Uploaded Word Document
When you upload a .docx file to Zeno, Zeno can read tracked insertions and deletions and use them in its analysis.
Zeno does not currently read Word comments from an uploaded file. To ask Zeno about open comments, open the document in Word and use the Zeno Word Add-In.
