Reopen an earlier chat to read its conversation and continue with a follow-up.
Find and Reopen a Chat
Open the Project where you started the chat.
Look for the conversation under Tasks in the sidebar. If you see it, select its title to reopen it.
If the conversation is not listed, press ⌘K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows or Linux.
Enter words from the chat title or any message in the conversation.
Select a search result to reopen the chat.
Read the earlier messages before sending a follow-up. Add any new information or files needed for that request.
Press Esc to close search without opening a result.
To begin a separate conversation, select New chat. Include the context and sources that the new task needs.
If You Cannot Find a Chat
Check that you are in the original Project and signed in to the account you used for the chat. Search for distinctive words from the title or from a message in the conversation. The sidebar does not list every past chat, and a missing item alone does not confirm that the chat was deleted.
If you still cannot find it, contact Support. Describe the step that failed and any error message, without including Project names, chat titles, or conversation content. You may not be able to recover a missing or deleted conversation.
