How to Use the Prompt Library

Written by Eloy Wijlhuizen

Use the Prompt Library to reuse a personal prompt, a prompt shared with your organisation, or a prompt curated by Zeno. You can open the library from a conversation or browse saved prompts under Customise.

Choose a Prompt

  1. Beside the message box, select Add to prompt and choose Prompts.

  2. Browse All, Yours, Organisation, or Zeno, or search for a prompt.

  3. Open a prompt and read its content before choosing Use prompt.

  4. Review the prompt in your message box. Replace example details or placeholders and add the outcome you need.

  5. If the prompt requires documents, attach the requested files.

  6. Check the complete prompt, then select Send message.

Use prompt places text in the message box; it does not send the prompt or attach documents. Copy any unsent text you want to keep before applying another prompt.

If a Prompt Is Missing or Does Not Apply

Check the search text and library scope. A personal prompt appears under Yours; a prompt shared with the organisation belongs under Organisation; and a prompt curated by Zeno belongs under Zeno.

The library shows only prompts that are available to you in the selected scope. If an organisation prompt is missing, ask the person who manages organisation prompts to confirm that it was published to Organisation and that you are viewing the correct Organisation. Prompt availability should not be inferred from an old template count or plan threshold.

If applying a prompt fails, check the message box before trying again. You can type your prompt into the message box.
