Upload an email and its important attachments as separate files so you can select and check each source. Whether Zeno can read an attachment inside an EML or MSG file depends on the email container and attachment type.
Upload the Email and Attachments
Save the email and the attachments you need to your computer.
Check each file against Supported File Types and Upload Limits.
Open Files in the intended Project.
Upload the email and each important attachment as separate files, following Upload Files and Folders.
Wait for processing to finish and for the files to become Ready.
Open each file and check that Zeno can show the content you need.
Select and Check the Sources
Before sending your question, select the email and attachments you want Zeno to use. Follow How to Mention Project Files in a Chat and check that the selected files appear with your prompt.
Compare the answer and its references with the original email and attachments. Do not assume that uploading the email means every nested attachment was extracted or used.
If the Email File Is Rejected
Save the relevant email content in another supported format and upload that copy. Keep the original and check that the copy preserves the content you need. Apply the same check if you export an attachment to another format.
Read each item's status and check which files arrived before retrying. For repeated failures, follow upload troubleshooting.
