Download one completed chat at a time as a Word document. There is no option to export every chat in a Project at once. To export several chats, repeat the download for each conversation.
Download the Conversation
Open the chat you want to export.
Wait for Zeno to finish the current task.
Select Download conversation at the top of the chat window.
Wait for the download to finish.
Open the DOCX file and check the questions, answers, and references you need.
Download Source Files Separately
The chat export does not include copies of its attached source files. Download those files from Files if you need them alongside the chat. See Find Files and View Earlier Versions for help locating the files and downloading a particular version.
If the Download Fails
Check your browser's downloads before repeating the action. If the problem continues, contact Support with the action you tried and the error message. Leave chat and document contents out of the initial report.
To move the conversation and its referenced files to another Project, follow Move Chats and Files Between Projects.
